The strategic plan validation workshop took place on 10th of February at A.C.K guest house Nairobi. The focus of the workshop was to validate the strategic data collected from the organization’s management team and board of directors. In attendance were Yatima Outreach board members and staff. During the workshop the participants made several strides as far as planning for the organizations future is concerned by involving a consultant to lead the process.
