This program is coordinated by the corporate office. The goal of this program is to build practical work experience foundation blocks for college and university students. This enables them to translate everything they have learnt in school into practice for them to compete in the job market. Through this program, the organization is also able to bridge the capacity gaps especially in social work department where the number of students to be served versus the number of social workers is unequal. The staff are able to manage their work load with ease through the support of interns. They also help with communication and marketing work which currently has capacity gap. The organization has 1 communication student intern, 1 Information Technology intern, 1 health intern and 5 social work interns. Through them, the organization is able to meet it’s obligations despite capacity gaps. The students also acquire various practical experience in their fields of study.
