History

Orphan Outreach’s ministry in Kenya began with a vision trip in the fall of 2012. It was later registered as a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) under the name Yatima Outreach Organization in the year 2013 and a year later, it began its operations through Partnership with Patmos School in Mathare, ACK Madeleine School in Bungoma and later on Naisoya Integrated Community Centre in Narok.

To present, Yatima Outreach Organization in partnership with Patmos School in Mathare, ACK Madeleine School in Bungoma and Nairoshi Integrated Community Centre in Narok has been able to support over 700 children. The support is in form of  education, spiritual and psycho social support, medical support, nutrition, and child protection.

Over the years, Yatima Outreach Organization has reached approximately 800 Mathare community, approximately 2600  in Bungoma, and approximately 3000 community members in Naisoya Narok. Its strategic objective is to reach more children through strategic partnerships with various institutions and organizations in the near future.
